Tips on Selecting a Janitorial Service:

	Read the specification sheets very carefully and ask questions.
	Talk to other companies about their janitorial service.
	Ask specific questions about the chemicals and paper products which will be used in your facility.
	Request samples of the paper products if they will be furnished by the janitorial company. (There are numerous grades of quality in this area along with vast price differences.)
	Check for workmen's compensation insurance and general liability insurance. If the service you select does not carry these, you could pay up to 50% of the monthly contract price to your insurance company for them because they will be considered an uninsured subcontractor.
